  • All major credit cards are accepted through Stripe or Paypal.

  • A $25 processing fee will be charged for registration refunds requested more than 15 days prior to the workshop. We regret that within 15 days of the workshop, refunds cannot be made, but you may request credit toward a future ACT Academy program. If you need a refund, please contact us via email at info@theACTacademy.com.

  • Complaints and grievances are taken very seriously at The ACT Academy. We aim to cultivate a warm, compassionate, equitable community.

    If a participant or potential participant would like to express a concern about The ACT Academy or a continuing education program provided by The ACT Academy, the individual may call (240) 542-8503 or email info@theACTacademy.com. Although we do not guarantee a particular outcome, The ACT Academy will consider the complaint, make any necessary decisions, and respond within 30 days.

  • Students are eligible to recieve a discount on all trainings up to 75% off the professional ticketed price. Student’s must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate course of study in the health sciences field (e.g., medicine, psychology, physical therapy, social work, counseling). Students must register with their .edu email to receive the discount.

  • The ACT Academy uses ACBS’ emerging economy nations list for discounted rates. Discounted rates are available for professionals in Emerging Economy nations (Tiers 2 & 3 here). Attendees must be residing that country at the time of the event.

  • If there are additional ADA accommodations that you require, please contact us at info@theACTacademy.com. We are more than happy to consider accommodation requests!
