OK, let’s get back to basics…
What exactly is ACT?
Yes that’s right, Contact Management Software, which means it’s designed to manage your contacts (novel int it)
So the question I want to ask you, is how often do you contact your clients and prospects?
My guess is, not often enough and in some really bad cases, that may be less than once every 3 months
Well here’s the simplest way to establish, which contacts in your database haven’t been contacted in any way, be it by email, post, phone call etc
Admitedly, this tip isn’t going to set the world alight nor will it make you rich
However, I’m sure you’re familiar with the concept of being in the right place at the right time aren’t you?
Well this simple technique may just allow you to achieve that. Imagine you haven’t contacted a segment of your clients or prospects in the last 90 days and yet one or two, are literally waiting for you to offer them something to buy.
Well that’s opportunistic marketing, being in the right place at the right time.
Not a single contact in your Sage ACT database should ever go beyond 90 days without any communication from you and remember, if they do, there’s a chance your competitors will pounce on them like a big cat and steal your prey
You have been warned but if you follow these amazingly easy methods on a regular basis, that problem goes away forever
