As an ACT specialist for nearly 20 years, I have been fortunate enough to have experienced literally hundreds, if not thousands of different companies requirements
This was recently recognised when I was approached by a large US publishing company (http://packtpub.com) who requested that I technically review a new ACT book which was about to be launched. As a consequence of me providing my technical expertise on the content, I was then asked to review a second book, to which I duly obliged
Hopefully this proves that I do in fact have the knowledge and skills to teach others how to get the best from this fantastic product
This has given me a great insight into the wants and needs of most users and over the years, it’s become very apparent, that a severe lack of understanding as to what ACT is actually capable of, often supresses what is achieved from the use of the software
Hence the reason I created my brand new ACT Membership program
